Marketing Analyst

Position Summary & Duties: The Marketing Analyst position is a direct-hire position working for HGA in our Baton Rouge, LA office. This is a hybrid position working 3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week remote.The Marketing Analyst supports the Program Management Disaster Recovery Division with the overall tracking and reporting of business development opportunities to include proposal responses, marketing materials, and conferences. The Analyst is responsible for leading competitor analyses and tracking. The Analyst will also assist with the development of business development materials including proposals, flyers, and presentations. Also, the Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing technical editing and writing support for project related reports and documentation. Provides consultation and expert advice to management.Marketing AnalystManage existing Customer Relationship Management software.Provide recommendations for improvements to processes.Support new proposal content management initiative to include use of AI.Develop tracking tools to provide a clear, real-time snapshot to Management on individual proposal timelines and an overall high-level summary of the Division's business development progress.Develop and maintain a competitor analysis platform to support data-driven decision making on future opportunities.Manage the milestone timelines for all proposals in the division to ensure deadlines are met.Meet with Proposal Managers to get updates on progress.Review RFPs/RFQs for submission requirements and work with Proposal Managers to ensure all are met.Attend pre-bid meetings and assist with proposal kickoff meetings to include leading discussions to gather input on competition, win themes, strategy, teaming arrangements, and assigning proposal sections to writers.Assist with writing and editing proposals, marketing materials, and project documents.Coordinate with the Contracting Officer on the review of RFP/RFQ terms and conditions and also teaming arrangements with partnering firms.Qualifications:Marketing Analyst RequirementsBachelor's Degree requiredAt least 2 years of relevant experience preferably with technical writing and editingExperience with developing proposals in response to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications (RFPs/RFQs) issued by government entities is neededAdvanced Microsoft Word formatting skills; intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills and Excel skillsDetail oriented with excellent analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work on a team with excellent interpersonal skillsProven ability to work under demanding time constraints with a sense of urgencyCandidates must currently be located within daily commuting distance of Baton Rouge, LAMarketing Analyst Desired SkillsGraphic design capabilitiesFamiliarity with the Shipley proposal methodExperience working with federal or state grantsExperience leveraging AIEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled#J-18808-Ljbffr
