Position Summary

We are currently seeking a talented Manager, Paid Search to join our Digital Marketing Team in a remote position in the US. At Bridgestone Americas we value Diversity. More about this role: Manager, Paid Search This role will be responsible for the development of digital advertising paid search strategies across the entire product and brand portfolio, co-developing cross-channel media plans that address both strategic and tactical aspects. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in planning and executing paid search campaigns, along with strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities, leveraging consumer insights, data, and platform performance to inform integrated omnichannel plans. Responsibilities

Job functions include but are not limited to: Drive the development of media campaign recommendations by providing strategic insight into the best keywords/phrases and targeting strategies to support campaign KPIs based on sound strategies and research

Maintain an understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives and translate them into digital objectives/strategies

Partner with Product and Brand teams to advise on brand/non-brand keywords and competitive conquesting

Review, provide input, and act on campaign results and analytics, demonstrating the effectiveness of the media optimization, and articulating insights based on analytic data

Manage internal and external relationships, while planning paid search campaigns

Develop action plans for achieving and measuring campaign success including determining key metrics and processes for measurement and optimization.

5 years of managing paid search campaigns with progressive levels of responsibility

Solid foundation of campaign optimization strategies, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copy testing.

Extensive expertise in Google Ads

Previous Leadership & Team Management

Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media services industry

Digital Marketing Certifications are a plus

Bachelor's degree; 6 y+ years of relevant experience including 3-5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience Or Master's degree; 4+ years of relevant experience including 2-4 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience

Preferred qualifications: Agency experience is highly desired for this role.
