Senior Technical Product Manager

Logik.io is looking for a Technical Product Manager to expand our product for eCommerce applications. Logik.io is a well funded startup run by successful entrepreneurs that have built and sold technology companies to both Oracle and Salesforce. This individual will join our family and work closely with Sales, Engineering, Support and our customers to ensure we are continuing to lead the industry providing the best selling applications to our customers. Daily duties have the opportunity to be very diverse and will benefit greatly from strong problem solving skills. We are looking for a fast learner to come on-board and closely work with our engineering team to develop key innovations, focusing on customer requirements. We are looking for individuals who have a bias for action and are willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done in the most efficient manner.You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical product management activities to translate an idea from conception to reality. You will work closely with product management and engineering to also help plan and execute our eCommerce product roadmap in an agile environment.Qualifications3+ years of experience in implementing more than one B2B eCommerce platform/application such as Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud, Shopify or similar applications. Ability to be self-sufficient putting together POCs to show how external applications can be integrated with such eCommerce platforms is very important2+ years of experience in product management, consulting or sales engineering Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers, prospects and other stakeholders to identify & validate requirementsAbility to learn quickly, take direction, work independently, and as part of a teamHands-on experience with authoring product requirement documents and driving delivery with product development in Agile/Scrum methodologyBS/BA required, preferably in a technical discipline Beneficial experienceExperience in working with enterprise scale and/or large mid-market customersExperience in working with PIM or PLM systems for Product master data managementExperience in Salesforce CRM/eCommerce/CPQ ecosystemExperience in working with headless/composable applicationsExperience working with designers and creating rough UI mockups for requirement specifications. Working with a native cloud product ecosystem and comfortable working with tools to gather insights from logs or databasesExperience using market research tools and analyzing addressable market models and strategies for growing market share.MBAResponsibilitiesGather data from online sources, analyst reports and conversations to understand the market dynamics and help shape the future strategy for the productDevelop requirement specifications, Lo-Fi mockups for engineering to design a solution for customer use casesCollaborate with engineering to clarify specifications. Also assist in creating realistic estimates to deliver targeted functionality meeting the market goalsCommunicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external stakeholdersAct as inhouse SME for partners and other stakeholders to ensure product features are being used as intended. Continuously review delivered functionality to ensure it meets anticipated requirements. When needed, bring missing requirements back to engineering for future roadmap schedulingCreate and deliver presentations and demos for customers or prospects to showcase current or upcoming release functionalityCollaborate with marketing and other teams to develop a launch plan to showcase product releasesActively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactionsBalance the need to stretch for amazing outcomes and pragmatic choices to ensure release goals are met on time
