** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your Role

Packer Inspector in our finishing department that would allow you to accurately pack the correct counts of acceptable quality product into cases in compliance with ISO 9000 standards.

Your Responsibilities

* Communicate clearly and precisely with internal and external customers.

* Review and follow documented procedures, work instructions, job jackets and specifications accurately.

* Inspect cartons and pack correct counts of acceptable quality into product cases notifying supervision of defect trends and nonconforming glue quality.

* Consistently perform in process inspection, pulling proper sampling according to AQL levels, to assure product meets customer specifications.

* Participate in the team process and consistently attentive to quality throughout manufacturing process

** JOB REQUIREMENTS**

Qualifications Needed

* Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED; Minimum 6 months experience; industry experience preferred.

* Credentials: Valid state issued driver's license preferred.

* Skills: Ability to frequently lift / move up to forty-five (45) pounds. Ability to distinguish colors accurately and consistently. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

* Characteristics: Strong attention to detail; Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs. Performs well in a team environment. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Able to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms, or other related documents
