Director of E-Commerce

to join our team. This position would report to our President/CEO and help to manage and execute ROMANs various B2B and B2C internet initiatives. This position would also manage flexible staff to guide in executing objectives. Primary Responsibilities: This position is responsible for helping to develop and to support our various internet initiatives. This position will coordinate our item set-up and manage and maintain products and product information (copy, images, videos) on B2B and B2C sites. This will include monitoring sales performance and providing reports and recommendations to Senior Management for updates to product selections. This position would be responsible for generating B2C sales utilizing Miva software, and processing orders through Quickbooks. This position is responsible for establishing budgets for digital advertising and utilizing that budget through best practices to sales. This position is responsible for inventory management to ensure product is available to sell. This person will identify and document new requirements and enhancements to improve user experiences. This person is required to field and resolve customer service communications.

ROMAN is a team-oriented work environment, so excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are needed. This position must have the ability to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence and speak clearly and professionally to both internal and external customers. ROMAN employees willingly multi-task and help out various departments throughout the year as needed. This is a hands-on position and not a management position, so a willingness and ability to carry out these tasks personally is essential.

Position Requirements:

10+ years of experience in developing and coordinating B2B and B2C internet activities Customer Service experience Highly motivated, self-reliant and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong math aptitude, analytical thinking and attention to detail required Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Quickbooks and Oracle-based ERP/CRM systems Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or E-commerce related fields Demonstrate personal integrity and ethical behavior

Physical Requirements:

This position can be called upon to personally process customer orders, so standing, lifting and carrying will be required
