Write pitches, press releases and media kit collateral
Secure consistent and quality media placements with active and reactive pitching
Secure and share quality media leads with the greater agency
Develop and maintain strong media relationships with journalists and influential bloggers and social media influencers, especially in real estate, architecture, and design verticals
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for media and clients
Maintain client relations through meetings, conference calls, events and general contact
Manage daily administrative activities on accounts
Help develop content for and manage client social media accounts as needed
Display clear understanding of client expectations and goals
Prepare and present meeting agendas, notes and reports
Recognize and call attention to potential client opportunities for improvement
Assist with developing first drafts of strategic, creative and integrated PR initiatives Vet media and influencer requests on behalf of clients
Consume local and national news on a daily basis and stay up to speed on current industry news and trends
Assist with organizing and attending events when needed
**Requirements:**
BA or BS in related field
Minimum two-year related experience in real estate (residential and/or commercial) or corporate PR
Knowledge working with NYC and national media
Agency experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in AP style
Proficiency using Cision, Google Analytics, MS applications, news wire services and server applications such as SharePoint
Working knowledge of social media networks (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and social media content scheduling platforms such as OnlyPult and LinkTree
Ability to assist clients with developing strategies and content on these platforms

As the Purchase Complete Buyer, you will be the primary supply chain interface with Meritors cross functional teams starting from concept phase to product launch. A Buyer at Meritor is motivated and accountable, with the confidence to drive decision making and solutions. The position has complete Purchasing responsibility for Purchase Complete components, which includes electrical and other commercial off the shelf components, including but not limited to supplier selection, new product launch supplier performance as well as building and maintaining supplier relationships. Buyer will also have responsibility for delivering cost reduction initiatives to help ensure healthy financial performance for the eAxle business.
**Job Responsibilities:**
Develop new product sourcing strategies representative of cost, quality and delivery considerations and effectively communicate messaging to internal procurement and cross-functional management team.
Responsible to build and manage internal and external supplier relationships.
Manage and negotiate supplier agreements that require improvements in suppliers cost, quality, delivery, order lead time, payment terms, technology, and/or risk mitigation.
Analyze market trends and commodity pricing trends to negotiate optimal purchasing agreements and drive alignment.
Manage purchasing activities for Buyer led new product launch initiatives; identify key milestones and risks, maintain timelines and ensure cost objectives are achieved. **Job Requirements**
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required
Experience purchasing electrical automotive components and commercial off the shelf hardware.
Solid negotiator with 2 to 5 years of Buying or directly related purchasing experience.
Experience working with global, diverse teams and supply base.
Solid background working with an ERP system (Microsoft NAV).
In-depth knowledge of automotive quality procedures preferred (PPAP, AIAG Core Tools).
Packaging, freight and logistic knowledge preferred
