About The Role Boston Scientific is seeking a strategic and driven Principal Product Manager to lead key initiatives for the Prosthetic Urology franchise within our Urology Division. This role provides an experienced marketer with a unique opportunity to drive global growth and adoption of a newly launched Erectile Restoration device, while shaping innovation and expanding the leadership position of the product portfolio. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Strategic Leadership & Commercial Execution Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication Analytics, Market Insights & Product Expertise Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, or commercialization roles, preferably within healthcare or medtech. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and value propositions. Strong influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Proven experience working with customers and internal partners to drive results. Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Experience with medically oriented or clinically regulated products. Familiarity with new product development processes and commercialization within regulated industries. Global mindset and experience collaborating with international teams to adapt strategies for local markets.
