As a Medical Office Assistant, you will provide clerical duties in a physician practice setting. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff by striving for excellence in service and quality. You will be responsible for:

•Gathering and entering appropriate information from the patient to ensure he/she is registered appropriately

•Obtaining necessary referrals, maintaining the medical record system, and posting payments

•Completing end-of-day procedures such as balancing daily deposits and cash drawer, and preparing bank deposits

What you will need:

•1 - 3 years' experience in a clerical or customer service role

•Prior experience in a medical office preferred
