Description The Clinical Manager Cardiac Surgery Service Line (CSL) is an active member of the CSL leadership team. He/she reports directly to the Senior Director Cardiac Service Line. Required qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License. * Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association * 3 years Nursing experience in the specialty of the unit (Cardiac, ICU, Neuro/ortho, L&D, Med/Surg, Peds, etc.) * 1 year Previous experience in a leadership role. * 1 year Must have a good understanding of quality outcome measures specific to clinical Unit and be able to apply indicators and quality outcomes to drive bedside practice. Preferred qualifications: * Master's Degree in Nursing * Upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association * 3 years In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular nursing experience Why Join Providence?
