JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

As a valued member of the IT Application Development team, the Senior Systems Analyst will join a dynamic team of trusted business advisors that develop stellar technical solutions for internal and external customers. The primary focus will be building and supporting software and database tools used by JELD-WEN's Fiber Door Skin facility in Towanda, Pennsylvania. Close collaboration with Business and IT stakeholders including manufacturing personnel, office staff, plant leaders, and adjacent IT teams will be key to success. The Senior Systems Analyst will be expected to quickly develop a thorough understanding of critical business processes and operations. They will be expected to demonstrate the ability to work with the business to gather business requirements for which they will independently design, develop, test, deploy, and support stellar technical solutions. This position will be located in Towanda, Pennsylvania and reports to Sr. Manager - ERP Development.

What You Will Do

Partner with Business and IT stakeholders to deliver high quality technical solutions on-time and within budget including reports, software solutions, database solutions, and any other IT solutions that the business requires.Manage plans, timelines, and communication updates for several initiatives across applications.Author / update key documentation including project plan, business requirements, systems requirements, application runbooks etc.,Support code deployment across multiple environments and back-outs (as necessary).Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.Act as Level 1 support for all IT systems and tools in use on the plant floor and in the office.Evaluate and recommend system enhancements and supporting schema, adhering to high quality standards, on time and complete to the customer's satisfaction.Seek out and implement solutions to cut costs and/or give JELD-WEN a competitive advantage.Keep abreast of current software/database development techniques and trends.Work closely in a team environment to design and implement strategic software products based on varying technologies.Maintains and follows coding and deployment standards.Provide estimates of personnel requirements, cost, and time for programming projects.Review and entertain improvement ideas relating to technology, utilize metrics to track and review implementation before and after rollout.Who You Are

Oracle database development.MS SQL database development.6+ years' experience combined Oracle/SQL development.Hands-on working experience across Windows/Linux platforms.Software Development (specifically Database Programming) experience.Optional (but preferred) skills:

MS AccessVBASSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) using Report Builder 3.IFS (Industrial and Finance Systems).ETL Tools.Adept with using ServiceNow, SharePoint, GitHub, SVNFamiliar with DevOps and CI / CD principles

Experience acting as Tier-1 Support for business users.IT Leadership experience.Strong object-oriented design and development skills.Experienced with Agile and waterfall methodologies.Solid working familiarity in CPQ and manufacturing, preferably with Door and Window manufacturing.Knowledgeable in Sales, Marketing, Digital, Architecture, Software Development, Data, and AnalyticsProficient with Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Visio, and ExcelPrior knowledge of using Azure DevOps for application lifecycle management is a plus.Positive attitude and contributor to great culture.Quick learner, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mgmt. Information Systems, or related discipline.Experience in Software development life cycle.Business Analyst or Applications Architect experience preferred.
