About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Shakopee, MN. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to our members during weekday evenings and weekend mornings.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in members as they enter the facility
- Assist with new member sign-ups and provide tours of the facility
- Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Assist with basic member account and billing inquiries
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
