In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.OverviewThis position is responsible for the proper cleaning and sanitizing of all areas within Citizens Bank Park pre and post event, as well as maintaining standards during events.This role will pay an hourly wage of $18 to $24.00.For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.job expires 11/1/2024ResponsibilitiesRemoval of refuse, cleaning of floors & equipment, etc. to provide a clean event space before, during, and after an event.Breakdown refuse and debris into proper recycling and compost units. Maintain department equipment as necessary, both operationally and in an orderly manner for the offseason.Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal staff and guests to the venue.Perform customary Housekeeping / Janitorial duties: Clean floors (both hard floors & carpeted), restrooms, furniture & equipment, walls, windows, fixtures, doors, and other areas and items throughout the facility.Operate an assortment of equipment including buffer/burnisher, rider sweeper/scrubber, walk behind scrubber, blower, vacuum, pressure washer and others as needed.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older Strong attention to detail.Customer service focused.Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Must have demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.Experience in heavy public contact.Skills and AbilitiesAbility to work closely with othersMust be able to work in a fast past environment, with a sense of urgencyMust have a pleasant personality and adhere to Uniform Standards policyAbility to work in various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekendsAbility to take tasks that are not clearly defined and appropriately define problem, propose, and implement solutions.The Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
