Delivery Driver Competitive Pay: $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr (plus bonuses and pay increase for DOT certification once certified with Amazon) Full-Time Schedule: 4 days a week, 10.5-hour shifts (One weekend day required) Start Times: 9:55 AM or 10:10 AM (two load-out waves) Diverse Fleet: Drive Electric Vans, DOT Box Trucks, and Gas Vehicles Benefits & Perks: $130 Zappos Shoe Credit for work footwear Tuition Reimbursement through Amazon Health Insurance (Medical & Dental) Paid Training, Overtime, and Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: Safely operate delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate package deliveries. Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs), performing heavy lifting as needed. Use handheld devices for routing and customer delivery information. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Navigate local routes efficiently while maintaining delivery logs and vehicle cleanliness. Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline RTS / Load-out processes. Work comfortably in all weather conditions, adhering to safety regulations. What We're Looking For: Safe Drivers: Must have a valid driver's license and be 21 or older with a clean driving record. Experience: Prior experience with large parcel delivery (Amazon, FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.) has priority. DOT Certification: A plus (higher pay once certified with Amazon). Reliability & Stamina: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment. Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S, Must be 21 years or older (Company Vehicles) Schedule: Shifts: 10.5 hours (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch + two 15-minute paid breaks) Start Times: 9:55 AM or 10:10 AM Requirement: 4 shifts per week, including one weekend day No CDL required Amazon-branded vehicles provided Ready to Join Us?
