The Janitor is responsible for participating in the day-to-day functions of performing various physical tasks, as well as cleaning and maintaining the facility and provide housekeeping tasks as needed.Major Responsibilities:* Maintain a safe and clean environment* Clean restrooms, offices and public areas* Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping* Shampoo carpets as assigned or needed* Dust flat surfaces * Operate basic electrical cleaning equipment* Clean exterior and interior entrance door glass* Work on special projects as needed* Clean building entrances and concourse* Ability to read and understand English* Clean and maintain cleaning equipment* Dispose of all waste, including bulk trash removal from building in all areas* Attend and conform to all policies established by ASM Global in the successful performance of this position* Must have the ability to interact with guests in a friendly, courteous and polite manner.
