Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
Requirements :
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license
  • Dependability is extremely important

  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
