Fayetteville Primary Care a busy, fast paced office that offers the ability to learn, grow and try new things- there is always something to learn in primary care A desire to work in a primary care setting, committed to patients and families is a plus. If you are looking for dynamic learning opportunities focused on patient centered medical home and continual advancements all while receiving exceptional pay, then we invite you to join our team of LPN clinical staff in our outpatient primary care office. Training includes an orientation period allowing you to become familiar with practice workflows. We incorporate a nursing model with a team approach to meet the needs of the patient population.

Position Highlights:

What you will do:
  • Therapeutic nursing interventions, inclusive of medical history and present illness
  • Care for patients from newborn to geriatric age group
  • Medication and vaccine administration upon completion of on-site training.
  • Assist with procedures and perform point of care testing
  • Documentation using the EPIC electronic health record system.
  • Collaborative team approach: with interdisciplinary team of registered nurses, medical assistants, and providers
Responsibilities:
  • Ensures quality nursing care is rendered to all patients in accordance with the New York Nurse Practice Act, National Standards of Practice, and Nursing and Clinical Service standards of care and practice.
  • Utilizing the Nursing Process is involved in the provision of direct care of patients and families.

Education, Training, Experience, Certification and Licensure:

Pay Range: $22.50 - $32.30

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
