Lead in the analysis, evaluation and provision of recommendations on pump performance test results, providing verification.Research Initiatives and Tools: Identify and lead research initiatives and understand use of/limitations of hydraulic design tools and methods.Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Respond to technical enquiries from customers and related Weir Minerals teams and help with troubleshooting, traveling to site as required to assist end users.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/ Education and Qualifications: Master's degree (engineering) or Bachelor's with pump hydraulic design experience5+ years of rotodynamic pump experienceFamiliarity with multiphase CFD and particle transport modelingFounded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
