YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE : 10+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and training totaling. Team-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Excellent manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks. Proven ability to evaluate and recommend improvements in manufacturing techniques and processes. This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
