In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential. Flex Officer Objectives: Provide security for short-term special security assignments. Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc. Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers. Weekend and holiday availability needed. Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests. Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred Valid Drivers License required Must be adaptable to work a a variety of sites Security experience preferred or high level customer service experience Must be adaptable to all levels of sites Must be able to travel within the Portland Metro Area All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
