We are looking for a Full Time Surveillance Agent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in a secured environment and observe property activities via cameras, monitors and personal observations.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations and ensures that these regulations are adhered to.
- Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner.
- Must be a team player cooperating with employees within the department as well as other departments.
- Consistently monitors all areas within camera view throughout the property.
- Proactively keeps up to date with any known undesirables.
- Provide immediate notification to supervision upon detection of any illegal activity.
- Know the procedures of all other departments involved in the handling of company assets and ensure these procedures are adhered to.
- Complete all reports in a timely fashion with accuracy and professionalism.
- Testify in court as required.
- Ensure the integrity of the department is not compromised.

- Minimum of 2 years Casino Pit experience - Dealer, Floor Supervisor, Security.
- Good verbal and writing skills.
- Must be able to work in pressure situations and be self-motivated.
- Must possess sound and mature judgment.
- Above average organizational/planning skills.
- Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
- Must be able to work in a environment with exposure to second hand smoke and high noise levels.
- Ability to be a Team player
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
