With varied and dynamic day-to-day functions, you will apply your service orientation, analysis and good judgment toward ensuring comprehensive occupational therapy care for patients. Responsibilities * You will perform well in stress and emergency situations * You will perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment * You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed * You will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate * You will communicate well with patients, peers, and other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients Requirements * State of Washington Occupational Therapist license * Current BLS certification * Minimum one (1) year of experience in a social or health setting required Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $45.44 - $67.02 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
