A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as either an Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) or an Ericsson Security Manager (ESM). As an ENM and/or ESM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our telecommunication networks relationship with Ericsson. This position requires a deep understanding of Ericsson network and security solutions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate, manage and troubleshoot complex issues that involve Ericsson products and services.

Network Monitoring and Optimization:

Security Strategy Development:

Security Infrastructure Management:

Configuration Management:

Performance Reporting:

Capacity Planning:

Vendor Collaboration:

Documentation and Training:

Location is remote, but San Diego and/or any other major Naval installation area would be considered a strong asset.

Top Secret Clearance is strongly desired, but not required. Candidate must pass multiple background and security checks.
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is desired.

Proven experience as an ENM and/or ESM is required.

In-depth knowledge of Ericsson Network Manager tools and their applications required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate at the executive and manager levels are required.

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in wireless network management is required.

Certifications in Ericsson network technologies will be a strong asset.

Any Navy experience, especially relating to Naval base facilities or installation experience will be a strong asset.
