Salary Range: $90K-$100K/Annum

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a meticulous and experienced UAT Tester with a strong background in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions tailored for the insurance industry.
  • This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the enhancement and validation of systems that directly impact the operations and services provided by our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for software applications within the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain to ensure they meet specified business requirements and user expectations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and gather testing requirements.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs and issues encountered during testing phases. Work with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and exploratory testing as needed to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress, including test results, test coverage, defects discovered, and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance testing processes, methodologies, and documentation to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency in testing activities.
