Job Title: Procurement PlannerJob Description

As our new Procurement Planner, you will be leading a team that ensures the efficient flow of materials to meet our customers' needs. Your leadership skills and expertise in the supply chain will be key to optimizing inventory levels, reducing costs, and developing the North America material planning team. You will be responsible for the order portfolio of materials, maintaining appropriate inventory levels to meet targets without compromising service. You will also mitigate risks and solve raw material shortages that impact customer requirements. Collaboration with procurement, quality, and other stakeholders will be crucial. Your role will also include driving continuous improvement initiatives to lower risks, improve service levels, and optimize inventory levels. You will own performance metrics including on-time delivery, MOH, and obsolete inventory.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Plainsboro, New Jersey and some days remote.

Work Environment

The role is based in Plainsboro and offers a hybrid work model. You will be expected to work in the office for 3 days a week, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility based on meeting schedules. You will be overseeing a team of 3-4 planners.
