Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests are treated with respect and dignity
- Provide appropriate food, water, and clean living spaces
- Engage in play activities with pets
- Supervise and monitor guest activities
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Alert management of any health or behavioral concerns
- Assist in inventory management and facility maintenance
- Handle daily pet care tasks
- Interact with pets and pet parents
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Document observations and share with management
- Participate in cleaning and sanitation tasks
