Responsibilities

•Engage with potential clients to address inquiries and successfully close deals.

•Foster relationships with prospective customers to establish credibility and rapport.
•Ensure timely follow-up with leads to enhance conversion rates.
•Manage and return phone calls associated with the lead system promptly and effectively.
•Serve as the main point of contact between sellers and buyers during the sales process.
•Organize meetings, negotiate agreements, and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes.
•Establish seller confidence to overcome any reservations they may have regarding the sale.
•Source new leads through cold calling and local scouting efforts.
•Maintain motivation to achieve financial goals and promote business growth.
•Efficiently utilize CRM tools for task management and organization.
•Communicate clearly and effectively with all parties involved in transactions.
•Finalize contracts within designated timeframes to ensure timely completion.
