Our programs provide a complement of services for most ages and needs. This continuum is designed to meet the complex needs of each individual and creates a continuum of services that are able to meet the needs of children, adults, and families through a continuum of services utilizing an integrated care model. We are dedicated to seeking new innovative solutions that help us provide needed services more efficiently while maintaining stable, sustainable growth.
Title: Clinician
Salary: Starting at $27.50 / hour depending on educations / experience
Hours:
Part-time; evening or overnight on weekends
This is a Part Time position with the following benefits:
- Time and a half paid for work on Agency-recognized holidays
- Training opportunities provided throughout the year
- The Behavioral Health Clinician interviews consumers.
- Provides crisis intervention counseling and stabilization
- Completes on-site crisis assessments.
- Develops least restrictive treatment plans.
- Refers and links consumers to appropriate/available resources and answers a 24-hour hotline.
- Required to report to work in inclement weather.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary, including interpretation of assessments and other data, to provide the appropriate care, including age-related, needed by consumers served.
- The individual demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served.
- May perform additional duties as requested by the Director/Supervisor.
- Masters degree and one year of experience in mental health crisis intervention or Bachelors degree in human services plus two years of experience in mental health crisis intervention.
- Your driver's license must be in good standing, with no recent suspensions or violations of careless/reckless driving or excessive speeding of more than 20 MPH, and no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.
