Valley View Village is currently hiring for a Part-Time Custodian to join our team. Here at Valley View Village, we have a work hard, play hard mentality. This is a Part-Time benefit eligible position working Saturday and Sunday.

Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Custodian responsibilities:

+ Dispose of trash from common areas.

+ Clean bathrooms.

+ Restock supplies.

+ Sweep and mop floors.

+ Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, move furniture, etc.

+ Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.

+ Perform other duties as requested.

Custodian skills and requirements:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.

+ Prior custodian experience preferred, but not required.

+ Strong communication and customer service skills.

+ Able to use basic tools and be mechanically inclined.
