**HR Business Partner - Tuscaloosa, AL - $60k-$65k - Permanent Position - Onsite - Excellent Benefits** **Must Have:** + Automotive/Manufacturing industry experience + Strong **Communication Skills** + Experience with union avoidance strategies We need a strong HR Generalist with experience in employee relations, labor law, engagement, HR policies, as well as other day to day employee issue task.
