As a Photo Attendant, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service while assisting our guests with selecting and purchasing souvenir photos of their visit. You will be responsible for utilizing our photo equipment to rotate throughout areas of the park taking photos of guests. You will greet every guest and educate them by explaining our photo options and pricing. Using our Point-of-Sale system, you will efficiently process the customers transaction following appropriate company policies and procedures. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and a great work environment for your fellow team members is a must.

Requirements

• Welcomes customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Approaches guests to promote photo sales.
• Asks and answers questions to educate our guests on all options available.
• Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management.
• Outgoing and self-motivated
• Properly operate the Point-of-Sale system and efficiently and accurately handle cash and other forms of payment.
• Ensures assigned photo location is stocked, clean, and organized.
• Operate photo equipment with care and promptly communicate equipment issues to Management.
• Operates Point-of-Sale system as needed.
• Identify and handle any customer concerns and complaints, involving Management when necessary.
