We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support and enhance mission-critical federal health systems that improve access to services for Veterans. This role focuses on building, integrating, and optimizing a modern Microsoft Dynamics 365 and .NET-based platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across enterprise systems. What you'll bring: Strong background in software engineering and system architecture. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) customization and configuration. Proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core and enterprise API development (REST/SOAP). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), authentication, and enterprise integrations. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices: CI/CD, code reviews, release management, observability. Knowledge of system performance, accessibility (Section 508), and security compliance at scale. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage dependencies, and deliver in complex environments. Experience working in Agile development environments. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
