DescriptionGoldendoodle Breeding Operations CoordinatorWe're looking for someone who LOVES animals- specifically, Goldendoodle puppies We are a small, well-established Goldendoodle breeder who's been in business for close to 20 years.The Operations Coordinator is a flexible part-time position (20 hours per week) where work can be done on-site at the farm and at home. You'll be responsible for responding to all customer, staff and vendor questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and supporting marketing activities through community events and print and digital mediums. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Send us your resume today to become part of the teamResponsibilities•Manage and improve our Guardian Dog Program•Process Payroll•Take pictures / video for social media•Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts•Coordinate delivery and pick up of dogs and puppies•Assist in daily care of on-site dogs including cleaning, feeding and medical care•Manage inventory•Generate contracts and purchase invoices•Assist CEO and on-site staff with general projects and tasks•Manage daily cleaning / feeding check list•Manage state compliance requirements•Pick up mail from PO box and make bank depositsQualifications•Experience or background as a Vet Tech is a plus•Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication•Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred•High school diploma or GED required•Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs•History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
