We are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Generalist to our teamwho is talented at organization, collaboration, innovation and an ongoing contribution to the candidate journey and experience. This role works with the Talent Acquisition Partners and TA Leaders to support the end to end candidate experience. How does this Role Contribute to the Team Mission

- New Hire Coordinator - You will be responsible for facilitating and executing a world class Onboarding experience for new hires. This includes; sending offer letters, initiating background/drug screens, maintaining positive relationships with new hires and providing a high level of customer service to build relationships with leaders, HR and other stakeholders at ensuring candidates become new hires.

- Staffing Partner Liaison - Perform account management responsibilities in support of contingent labor staffing partnerships, communication, and oversight of established practices and protocols for the notification of active openings and the submission of candidates for consideration.

- Event Evangelist - You will be a living, breathing source for all things candidate attraction. This will include partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand attraction strategy and helping ensure swag, collateral are ordered, events socialized through multiple platforms and assisting with event registration where needed.

- Creative Contributor - You will be responsible for using creativity to help craft the language and outreach efforts for attracting talent. This could include contributing to job description creation, posting of roles through varied job boards and doing outreach to diverse candidate focused partners. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining active job postings.

- Data and Reporting Disciple -You will be deep in data and reporting to help influence decisions based on past success and trends. Excel, Taleo and our Data Gurus will be your daily friends and partners in the hunt for talent. You will also be responsible for evangelizing trends, progress and all things Talent Acquisition to different partners across the organization.

- Talent Screening - Your career and development is important to us and development opportunities including but not limited to, assisting with reviewing applications, screening of talent and scheduling of interviews. The scope of roles that you will be screening range from IT to Customer Service hiring needs. You will also have the opportunity to work with passive candidates and find ways to engage potential candidates through Indeed EZApply and help convert them to candidates.
