Our client, a prestigious Non-Profit is looking to add Senior Staff Accountant on a temporary-permanent basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Accounting or business related degree
- 4+ years of General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation experience preparing journal entries
- Must me fully vaccinated
- Back for AP/AR
- General ledger reconciliations, Bank reconciliations, Preparing Journal entries
- Reconciling/recording electronic credit card payments
- Investment journal entry, Deferred revenue recognition
- Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and accompanying schedules at audit ready status for month end and annual closing.
- Prepare workpapers and manage pledge and general receivable schedules.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and prepare any proposed journal entries.
- Prepare all journal entries necessary to perform tasks for review by Controller.
- Review adjusted trial balance monthly; recommend revisions and or journal entries to bring into compliance.
- Reconcile all bank accounts in a multi company environment
- Pay: We negotiate high salaries using U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
