Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred, but not required 2-3 years’ experience in civil engineering land development design; experience preparing storm drainage; storm water management plans; and erosion and sediment control plans Proficient in Microstation (AutoCAD acceptable) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
