Responsibilities Consults with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and sub tasks. Develops, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system Coordinates project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders. Monitors project timelines and deadlines. Identifies potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timely manner. Evaluates performance and preparing project progress reports. Accommodates, updates and changes to project schedules. Recommends actions to keep projects within budget, and completed on time. Keeps stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines Documents project scheduling processes and maintaining records Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy. Conducting and presenting a feasibility analysis for proposed projects. Monitoring and evaluating the overall project. Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related discipline. Extensive experience in the required discipline can serve as substitution for Bachelor's Degree requirements. With Bachelor’s Degree, 4+ Years in project management scheduling responsibilities with the required discipline within Federal, DoD Program Management Offices (PMO). Without Bachelor’s Degree, 6+ Years in project management scheduling responsibilities within Federal, DoD Program Management Offices (PMO). Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle. Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs. Experience with stakeholder and financial management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
