**What we are looking for**
With the global digital team, you will use your skills developed over the years to implement innovative solutions using the latest technology to solve some challenging business problems. Youll work complex projects and contribute to the overall strategic vision of the organization.
The Business Information Security Officer will maintain oversight of information security projects and initiatives for Nissan Sales Finance Business Units (SFBU). Acting as point of contact for Information Security related issues within the business, they will partner with stakeholders to enable alignment of business needs and security objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop a global cyber security strategy in partnership with the sales finance department, aligned with the Nissan Group Cyber Security Strategy.
* Be the single point of contact for all security issues / opportunities for the sales finance department.
* Working with SFBU leaders to ensure that information security policies and standards are integrated with business processes. Constructively challenging existing processes where necessary.
* Liaising with the various Nissan security teams on SFBU need and priority and encouraging closer collaboration.
* Communicating the importance of, and promoting awareness of, information security to SFBUs. Increasing SFBUs awareness of emerging security risk. Helping develop a security culture within the SFBUs.
* Serves as an Information Security subject matter expert and participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of information security for SF.
* Initiating, driving, development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of all information security related activities for SFBUs in alignment with Nissan Information Security Strategy.
* Coordinate security projects implementation & security assessments to reduce risks and improve data/infra protection for SFBUs.
* Reviews data derived from security assessment.
**Experience and Expertise**
* Strong knowledge of management information systems terminology, concepts, and practices. Demonstrated knowledge of SOX IT assessment methods, and concepts of business process auditing. Excellent business writing skills, conflict resolution, interpersonal, networking, organization, presentation, problem solving, and project management skills. Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential materials.
* 8 to 15 years of progressive related experience at a professional level, including two or more years IT Audit experience evaluating general IT controls, IT entity level controls, application controls, operating systems, and database systems. Requires knowledge of basic business and financial controls. This experience also includes conducting SOX IT assessments and the use of the COSO/COBIT framework.
* Deep knowledge of best practice cyber security frameworks applied to the financial industry
* Experience working and managing cross cultural and international technology teams
* Senior stakeholder engagement up to and including CEO (N) and N-1 leadership.
* Two or more years of supervisory experience, providing leadership, coaching, guidance, training, and contributing to staff development
* Knowledge of current security issues and opportunities.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Word) and project management software. Knowledge of SharePoint, IDEA, ACL, and Microsoft Access software is preferred.
* Strong understanding of Cloud Security principles.
* Bachelors degree in a related discipline and professional audit certification (CPA, CIA, CISA) preferred.
