LMC have partnered with an innovative Smart Buildings tech provider who has just secured new funding and is expanding their Boston team. We're recruiting for a Lead Integration Engineer who will be focused on deploying my clients technology across their projects, predominantly to multi-family facilities. You’ll use your expertise in engineering and HVAC automation to optimize client buildings for energy efficiency. This role involves working closely with Sales & Operations teams, managing projects from initial assessment to final commissioning. If you’re passionate about energy efficiency and eager to make an impact, this role is for you Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site assessments to estimate energy savings and integration costs. Perform energy analyses based on site assessments and data. Manage the installation and setup phase, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Establish and test control sequences to reduce energy waste. Complete final commissioning to meet all requirements. Support incentive application processes and provide technical support to Sales and Operations. Build relationships with contractors and stay informed on local regulations like BERDO. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering with a focus on HVAC, building automation, or mechanical/electrical engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy auditing, MEP engineering, or building automation. Ability to travel within the greater Boston area. Quick learner with a proactive approach to process improvement. Preferred: Experience with MEP drawings, project management, or building automation systems like Niagara Tridium. Why Join Us?
