Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Configure and maintain Voice and Video communication systems, provision new user accounts and provide support. 2. Diagnose and resolve VOIP related issues, including call quality problems, call drops, connectivity issues. 3. Monitor network traffic to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, generate health and call statistic reports. 4. Implement and enforce security measures to protect the VOIP system. 5. Provide training and tech support to end-users, assisting phone configuration and troubleshooting. 6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration, changes, troubleshooting procedures. 7. Collaborate with service providers and vendors for support, maintenance, upgrades.
