**Retail Sales Associate**

Home Quarters Furnishings is looking for a full-time retail sales associate. Furniture sales experience and interior design knowledge preferred, but not mandatory.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Strong understanding and familiarity of our product lines and services

Store up-keeping and merchandising

Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and by email

Assist with other retail duties as needed

**Requirements**

Strong selling skills

Fluency in English. Understanding of Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) would be a huge asset

Computer literate & must be a quick learner of POS System

Excellent customer service skills

Sales experience in furniture industry preferred, but not required

Must be available weekends

Full product and sales training will be provided.

This role could lead to Assistant Manager position for the right candidate.

Compensation: Hourly rate, plus commission (after 3 month probation)
