Position SummaryThe George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates (MFA) is seeking full-time academic Pulmonologists to join the growing Division of Pulmonology/Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. Physicians will deliver inpatient and outpatient care to pulmonary patients at GW/MFA. They will also participate in the academic and educational missions of the division. The MFA is an independent, non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with the George Washington University and is part of a large academic health center located in the heart of the nation's capital.These non-tenure track appointments will be made at a rank (Instructor/Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) and salary commensurate with experience.Basic Qualifications: Applicants must be board certified or eligible in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine and must be licensed in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment. Applicants must also have a record of providing excellent clinical care, research productivity, and clinical teaching experience as demonstrated by experience, publications, evaluations, and/or references.Salary range: The salary range for this role is $276,700 to $400,400Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
