Chief Financial Officer – The Muransky Companies The Muransky Company is a multifaceted business, employing more than 2,000 people across multiple service industries. It is comprised of Southwoods Health – an accredited and nationally renowned for- profit health system that serves more than 500,000 patients annually in Youngstown, Ohio and surrounding communities, and Chestnut Land Company – a diverse hospitality-based service company that includes within its portfolio (i) Auntie Anne’s Soft Pretzel franchises, with 100 successful locations across 14 states (ii) The Lake Club, a private golf club, aquatics center and public banquet facility, located in Youngstown, Ohio, (iii) Rise Pies Handcrafted Pizza - a fast-casual pizza concept chain, with 11 locations, and (iv) numerous real-estate holdings. Job Summary: The Muransky Company CFO will serve as a direct business advisor to the CEO to support and guide the overall strategic vision to maintain and build value of the company. The CFO will be an engaged leader, with a strategic understanding of the market and the company’s place within the market who will continually develop and improve the company’s financial infrastructure to support its mission. The new executive will oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s financial services and departments, supporting and promoting profitable goals and objectives through effective integration with operations systems to govern the day-to-day financial performance of company. Core Responsibilities: Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and current performance. Serve as a strategic advisor to the board and the CEO to maximize company’s continual growth, development and stability. Develop ongoing strategy and initiatives to ensure achievement of financial targets. Financial Infrastructure and Leadership:

Develop a core financial services infrastructure, through the creation of processes, structure, human resources and relevant performance indicators to support the effective management and function of the finance division of the Muransky Companies. Mentor, manage and develop finance division team members to foster a culture of employee engagement through collaboration, individual growth opportunities and achievement of clear and defined performance expectations. Continuous improvement through implementation of relevant technological advances and professional best practices. Financial Monitoring and Reporting:

Establish core financial reporting package to meet the needs of the CEO and operational resources of company. Ensure production and delivery of accurate and consistent financial statements to CEO and operational subdivisions to enable timely monitoring of financial performance. Financial Planning and Analysis:

Establish validated and reliable business planning and decision support tools through effective budgeting, forecasting, and analysis and review processes. Coordinate development of operating, capital and existing/new program budgets. Treasury:

Manage and optimize cash flow, accounts payable and working capital for company. Accounting and Taxation:

Ensure company maintains effective processes and controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and reporting requirements, including all federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices, including but not limited to tax laws, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and cost accounting standards (CAS). Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong leadership, supervisory, team building and communication skills. Deep knowledge in finance, tax and financial operations systems. Intelligent and adaptable to manage fast-paced and opportunistic business environment across multiple industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skilled financial acumen with the ability to be knowledgeable on business deals. Comfort and flexibility to roll up sleeves to support finance division operation where necessary, as well as the ability to discuss broad strategy and vision with the CEO and other executives. Visionary, who has the ability to manage current state sustainability and opportunities for future growth. Thorough understanding of and personal involvement with technological systems and methodologies of finance and administration. Positive attitude and ability to make things happen. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong supervisory and decisive leadership skills. Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred. Certified Public Accountant status highly desired. At least ten years of progressive financial leadership experience required, preferably in a company(ies) with a minimum annual revenue in excess of $100M.
