Admitting Clerk ER

Serves as a registrar for emergency, outpatients, radiology and admissions by obtaining vital information from the patient and/or patient's representative for accurate medical and financial records. Demonstrates customer service techniques as a receptionist, cashier, and switchboard operator for our internal and external customers.

Education: Post High School vocational/Specialized Training preferred.

Experience: Six to twelve months previous healthcare experience preferred. Prior admissions, customer service and/or public relations experience preferred. Medical terminology, data entry, and clerical skills required.
