Key Responsibilities & Duties Review, draft and negotiate contracts across all areas of the company, including, but not limited to, Master Services Agreements related to Alkami’s SaaS services, order forms, amendments, non-disclosure agreements, reseller and referral agreements and vendor contracts. Ensure consistency of contract terms with company policies and goals and best practices to enhance the contracts review processes. Work collaboratively with a high energy commercial sales organization. Provide direction and guidance related to the contracting process. Provide input to the development, maintenance and management of contracting policies and procedures. Educate business partners on key commercial, legal, corporate policy and other considerations to ensure timely performance and adherence to terms of contracts. Other duties as assigned - as TechFin evolves and Alkami grows, the opportunity to learn and apply your skills will likewise grow and evolve. We can teach TechFin, but SaaS experience is a must. Must be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. Proven negotiation abilities and business acumen. Customer centric and solutions-oriented approach in supporting both external and internal clients while protecting the best interest of the company. Ability to deliver strong results with limited resources, under tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Team player capable of leading and participating within cross-functional project teams to meet key milestones under tight timelines and stressful conditions. Desired Skills Previous industry experience in the financial technology or banking sector is preferred but not required. Previous experience where the primary role involved high volume sales teams in a SaaS field is a must.
