You will handle IT consultations, support requests, and assist clients with their technology needs. The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills. Pay is based on on knowledge and experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide professional support for our customers networks and serversAssess security risks and ensure the security of networks and computer systems.Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Servers, computers, Firewalls, Switches, and network cablingMonitor and evaluate network performance and securityRespond to support requests in a timely manner and resolve technical issuesDevelop and Maintain technology procedures and documentationTrain users in best-use practices in technology, software, and equipmentSenior personnel will lead and coach others, cross-training with other team members and look for opportunities for service growth at SDSQualificationsAn associate, bachelors degree or equivalent experience in I.T. Related field is preferred.Significant experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID (Microsoft Azure) and on-premise Microsoft Domain support.Solid understanding of server/security infrastructure and managementKnowledge of backup software and methods, including cloudStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.Experience installing and maintaining network servers, personal computers, and related hardware.Ability to work well as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with VOIP phone systems is a plusKnowledge and understanding of EDR, XDR and MDR securityVMware and/or Hyper-V experience preferredEntra ID (Microsoft Azure) and on-Premises Microsoft domain support experience preferredExperience supporting and installing Firewall SolutionsExperience installing and maintaining Anti-Virus solutionsExperience supporting Wireless environments is a plusAbility to explain technical issues to non-technical peopleAbility to occasionally lift over 40 lbs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
