Job Description

Home Clean Heroes is looking for top-quality candidates with a natural smile and a love for cleaning for our Allen and McKinney customers. Our part-time cleaning specialists are responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services and a positive customer experience for each of our valued clients. They work alongside our full-time cleaning specialists and typically choose to become full-time cleaning specialists when the opportunity becomes available.

You must be:
  • Available Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Ready to come into work at short notice usually 24 hours
  • Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment
  • A team player - you'll work with a partner each day to clean homes throughout the McKinney area
  • A hard worker - this is a physical (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.) job
  • Honest, reliable and have an eye for detail
  • A good driver with a valid license without restrictions preferred but not required
  • Comfortable working in homes with pets
  • Willing to submit to a national background check
