Lead key initiatives such as the development of Career Ladders, Licensure Expiration Management Automation, Reassignment Process, and Regulatory Compliance. Conduct training and serve as an expert resource to HR and leadership providing consultation for tactical and operational compensation issues and the interpretation of compensation guidelines. Acts as a lead to the Compensation Analysts to ensure accurate updates to compensation related HR data in the system of record. Coordinates day-to-day compensation projects/tasks as well as large company-wide compensation initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of job related experience
