Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to lead testing efforts for the BVOIP 911 project. This role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of mission-critical emergency communication systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute manual testing for complex workflows and integrations. Design and implement unit, integration, and performance testing strategies. Utilize JMeter for load and performance testing. Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the lifecycle. Mentor junior QA engineers and enforce best practices in testing. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance. Experience in telecom or emergency services projects. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. 10+ years experience in QA Engineering Experience in a lead or mentorship role Extensive experience in manual testing for enterprise-grade applications. Strong proficiency in JMeter and Jenkins for automation and performance testing. Deep understanding of unit, integration, and performance testing methodologies. Proven ability to lead QA efforts in large-scale projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
