Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

Resolve employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Work closely with management to determine appropriate resolutions and outcomes.

Work with management to successfully resolve matters involving policy interpretation, discipline, performance assessment, and terminations.

Administer and interpret labor agreements and grievance procedures.

Assist with administration of the company's benefits programs including delivery and communication of benefit plans via New Hire Onboarding and Open Enrollment.

Oversee the administration of the leave of absence programs.

Handle employee exit interviews.

Assist in the development and implementation of new programs, plans, policies, and procedures.

Coordinate recruitment of exempt and non-exempt positions with HR Coordinator and hiring managers.

Create and recommend new approaches, programs, and policies that positively affect the selection and retention of high-performance teams.

Develop strong partnerships with all levels of the organization and maintain and model positive rapport with employees and management.

Assist with the development of a database of job descriptions and role profiles.

Assist with the execution of the annual performance reviews.

Perform other duties as assigned.
