Job Title: Fermentation Technician
Job Description
Under the direction from the Lead and Supervisor, the Fermentation Technician produces various food ingredients, learning good manufacturing practices, and how to follow standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials. The role involves setting up and controlling processes such as blending, drying, bulk fermentation, extraction, and filtration. The technician completes appropriate documentation and promotes positive safety behaviors at all times. Responsibilities include operating process and utility equipment in a hygienic and safe manner, setting up and calibrating instruments, troubleshooting deviations in processes, and maintaining inventory levels. The technician also takes samples for QA analysis and completes sanitation schedules.

This is a fully on-site position in Germantown, Wisconsin.

Manufacturing Facility. Aseptic/Sterile Environment. Bulk Fermentation facility. Smaller scale fermentation operation.
